In Part 8 of a BBC documentary on HIV/AIDS, Stephen Fry explores the difficulties of living with HIV in spite of improved medication and treatment.
The focus of this part is on a man who has become resistant to all 24 of the current regime of HIV drug, but has somehow always been one step ahead of a new drug coming out. He perseveres by taking combined total of 36 pills each day, many of which are taken to control the side effects.
