In Part 9 of a BBC documentary on HIV/AIDS, Stephen Fry goes to Uganda to see how the situation is there and visits a hospital with many HIV positive patients.
In spite of the fact that free drugs are now available, the infection rate has not been going down due to factors such as corruption, insufficient supplies and getting the drugs to people in remote places.
